The Society of Women Artists
The Society of Women Artists, having been established in or around 1855 to give serious women artists the opportunity to exhibit, has continued to attract some of the most noted artists of the time. It now has some of the finest contemporary women artists as its selected members and its reputation for excellence is well deserved. As President I will continue to preserve and uphold the traditions and professional standards previously attained, whilst moving forward in the modern world.
